Jiva was born from my experiences — with my clients, my culture, and my own body and mind. Over the years I've worked with mothers in pain, elders seeking relief, and teens battling anxiety. Each of them has shaped what Jiva is today.

We don't offer quick fixes. We offer care that's kind, conscious, and personal — because you deserve a life that feels aligned, not just healthy on paper.
