What We Actually Fix
Three things hold most people back from feeling well. Here's how physiotherapy, yoga and Ayurveda work together to resolve each one — at the root.

Chronic Pain
Chronic Pain That Won't Let Go
Back pain, neck strain, or old injuries keep flaring up — and painkillers only mask the issue.
Our physiotherapy-led yoga therapy rebuilds strength and mobility from the root cause, not just the symptom.
Most clients feel measurable relief in 4–6 weeks — and stay pain-free for good.

Anxiety
Anxiety Running the Show
Racing thoughts, broken sleep, and that tight feeling in your chest that won't switch off.
Breathwork, guided mindfulness and nervous-system-calming yoga retrain your body to settle.
Clients report calmer days, deeper sleep, and a clearer head within weeks of starting.

Hormones
Hormones Out of Balance
PCOS, irregular cycles, fatigue, or stubborn weight — signs your system is asking for support.
Personalized Ayurvedic nutrition paired with targeted movement addresses the root, not the surface.
Balanced cycles, steady energy, and digestion that finally works with you, not against you.
Best & Worst Food Combinations, According to Ayurveda
An Ayurvedic guide to the food pairings that support healthy digestion — and the everyday combinations that quietly work against it. Learn simple swaps from Jiva Health to eat in a way that leaves you lighter, more energised, and in balance.

Meet the Heart Behind Jiva

Vidhi Jain
Physiotherapist · Yoga Teacher · Ayurveda Guide
“Healing becomes truly powerful when we stop separating physical health from mental peace, food from feelings, or science from ancient wisdom.”
Jiva was born from my experiences — with my clients, my culture, and my own body and mind. Over the years I've worked with mothers in pain, elders seeking relief, and teens battling anxiety. Each of them has shaped what Jiva is today.
We don't offer quick fixes. We offer care that's kind, conscious, and personal — because you deserve a life that feels aligned, not just healthy on paper.
